Donations to the laboratory of Jeffrey Chamberlain—the director of the Seattle MDSRC—or to the Seattle MDSRC at large can be made through the University of Washington School of Medicine giving page. Gifts should be made to the HARMONIZE FOR HOPE DISCRETIONARY FUND.
After entering your donation amount into the box next to the Harmonize for Hope Discretionary Fund, indicate whether your gift is a one-time gift, a monthly gift, or a recurring gift at a frequency of your own choosing. Then click “YOUR INFORMATION” to continue.
On the page for YOUR INFORMATION, fill in the indicated details. Then, under “Comments,” please indicate that the gift is intended for the Seattle MDSRC if you would like the gift to be spent on Wellstone Center related activities. Otherwise, leave this comment blank and the donation will go to the laboratory of Jeffrey Chamberlain for muscular dystrophy research. Then click “PAYMENT” to continue.
On the page for PAYMENT, fill in the indicated details. You may use a credit card or a PayPal account for payment. Then click “MAKE YOUR GIFT” to finish.
